Her presentation will focus on photographing the wildlife of Alaska with a particular focus on summer and fall seasons. Dawn will cover special travel considerations for Alaska, what to expect when photographing in Alaska, tips for successful photography, a little background about wildlife in Alaska and its similarities to Colorado wildlife, and where to photograph wildlife in Alaska.

Our eyes are the most important piece of photographic equipment we own, and by using them we can come away with some amazing images, look beyond to see this.”

Stepping into Havana, Cuba, you would swear that you’ve gone back in time. Nothing is new. Everything has been recycled and repurposed. The cars are old American classics, with an emphasis on “old.” The architecture is deteriorating and the infrastructure is crumbling — right below your feet — and it is beautiful and breathtaking.
