Bob Smith will be our year-end judge and present “The Best of 2016” at the December 14th Evergreen Camera Club holiday party at the Wild Game/Rendezvous Grill (1204 Bergen Parkway, Evergreen) beginning at 6:00 pm.

Bob Smith is a nature/wildlife photographer based out of Boulder County, Colorado and is a leader/instructor of numerous photographic workshops including the annual “Photography at the Summit,” a series of four workshops that cover photojournalism and nature, sports, and travel themes.

Bob Smith is a nature/wildlife photographer based out of Boulder County, Colorado and is a leader/instructor of numerous photographic workshops including the annual “Photography at the Summit,” a series of four workshops that cover photojournalism and nature, sports, and travel themes.

Bob spent 15 years working for Apple as a business marketing specialist, dealer rep, and education sales representative. He has specialized in data management and image storage solutions and worked with many professional photographers on their image storage and management.

He has taught Final Cut Pro classes, multimedia, server administration, and digital photography classes. Bob is an expert on Apple’s Aperture software, and knowledgeable in Adobe’s PhotoShop, LightRoom, and Camera Bits’ PhotoMechanic.

Bob is the author of the books Antarctica – Land of Ice and Alaska to the Arctic and is a member of National Geographic Creative.
