August 14th 2024 ECC Members Summer Picnic

DATE: Saturday, August 10th, 11am to 5pm

LOCATION: Evergreen Highlands Barn, 2 miles east of the Marshdale Traffic Circle on North Turkey Creek Road. Look for signs and balloons.

WHO’S COMING: Everyone – families – kids – aunts and uncles. We will provide hamburgers, hot dogs, and soft drinks. BYOB if you so desire.

WHAT TO BRING:
• This will be a good ole’ fashion potluck, so please bring your favorite picnic side dish.
• Your own folding lawn chairs.
• BYOB. We will provide water and soft drinks.
• Your competitive spirit! We will have lots of games to play! Horseshoes, corn hole, basketball, volleyball are all available. Games for kids too!

Tables and chairs will be provided for in-barn use in case of rain or to eat indoors. There are a few picnic tables outside.
