Stan Hill M.D. has been a member of Evergreen Camera Club for three years. When he is not treating skin conditions as a dermatologist he enjoys photographing mainly wildlife and landscapes though he is expanding his interests into macro, portrait and travel.
His parents, both artists and photographers, had much influence in his eventually respect and love of the medium. His first award for photography was 41 years ago and last was a few weeks ago (round trip for two anywhere Southwest flies). While he spent way too many years in school, he has still been able to travel the World and continue to grow and develop into an published, award winning Image Catcher.
He hopes to help the beginner to the advanced photographer in his lecture “Fifteen rules in 45 minutes to capture a great image” at the August Evergreen Camera Club meeting.
