Monthly Contest Entry
Use this page to upload your entries for our monthly contest
Note: we are updating the contest for 2025 and will be holding our competitions on the fourth Wednesdays in conjuction with our Tips and Techniques meetings.
- You must be an active member and logged in to enter the contest by uploading photos
(if your photo does not upload, either you are not logged in or your membership is expired) - You may upload one or two (max) images for each month’s contest
- You may also upload any fun images you may want to add – these are not judged and will be displayed after the contest
- Your photo can have any file name but we recommend choosing a name that identifies the image – your username will automatically be prepended to the file name so we know who’s it is
- Family member submissions should have each family member’s first name at the beginning of each file name so we know which family member is submitting it (max 2 images per family member)
- Your photo must be in jpg format and will be projected at 1920 wide by 1200 tall and will be resized to fit the screen if needed
- Monthly Theme Beginner (use this category for intermediate entries as well)
- Monthly Theme Advanced
- Fun Category (does not count toward maximum of 2 images)
- You can update/replace a previously uploaded image for the current contest as long you have not changed the name
- Please do not upload more than 2 contest images per member (or family member) or you may not be correctly entered into the contest (not counting fun images)

For each image to be entered, use the “Select Files” button to select one or two contest images on your computer and then select the category to be entered into:
Then select the “Upload Files” button and wait for success confirmation before uploading your next image if you have more to upload. |
